I am writing this letter to provide a recommendation for the exceptional services offered by Patricia Property Management and Rentals. Since 2015, they have been managing five of my properties located in Los Cabos, and my experience with their team has been nothing short of outstanding.

They are always prompt in responding to any inquiries or concerns I may have, and they keep me well-informed about the status of my properties. I am pleased to have the opportunity of providing a reference for Ana Patricia Alarcon. My husband and I own a condo in Cabo and have worked with Ms. Alarcon for approximately two and a half years. 

                                   

Ms. Alarcon’s duties included managing the housekeeping team to ensure the integrity and cleanup of the property before and after the guests stayed.  She also supervised property inventories, arranged for any damage or incidents in the property to be fixed and coordinated preventative maintenance.  She also provided income reports and checked monthly statement. In addition, she coordinated marketing strategies, monitored quarterly payments to owners and checked people in and out.

 

Ms. Alarcon has been great to work with.  She speaks and writes both Spanish and English very well.  She is quick to respond to emails and telephone calls.  She has great follow-through and organizational skills. Ms. Alarcon is an energetic and enthusiastic worker.  I can recommend her with complete confidence.

We are happy to write a recommendation for Ana Patricia Alarcon. She did an excellent job as our property manager renting out our condo at Ventanas. Our rental income far surpassed what we had anticipated it would be and that was all due to Patti's hard work keeping our condo rented. Anyone who has the chance to hire Patti will not be the least be disappointed.

My name is Erin Card and my husband and I have owned a house in Cabo San Lucas for the past 7 years. For the last 3 years, Paty Alacron has been our property manager.

Paty's job as a property manager was to help manage all of our renters, keep an eye on the house and oversee any work or repairs that needed to be done to the house.

Not only did Paty do all of these things, but she did them with exceptionally well. She always stayed in touch to keep us informed of exactly what was going on, which when you are living somewhere else is an amazing peace of mind and extremely important.

 

Most importantly, when we came back to the house to stay in it ourselves, we always felt as though nobody had been there. She always made sure it was put back together like new after each renter and that helped to feel like we had come home.

 

We had several property managers in the beginning, but Paty was hands down our favorite. We miss her immensely.
